• QSP Onboarding Training Tutorial
  Duration: 4:56 minutes
  This video will walk you through the steps for completing the required QSP Onboarding training for enrollment.
• Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Training
  Duration: 2:38 minutes
  Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) is a training that is required for all QSPs. This video will walk you through the process in obtaining a FWA certificate.

  Complete this QSP orientation as a part of the onboarding and application process. You will need to enter your name and take a picture, screenshot, or save the last slide when the certificate shows you have completed the training. You will need to upload proof of this certificate directly into the application using the web portal.
