Therap

Therap is the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) that you will use for clocking in and out, scheduling, and billing. This is only used by Qualified Service Provider (QSP) agencies and Individual QSPs. Below are links to training and step-by-step instructions on how to use Therap as your EVV.

  Individual Service Provider (ISP) is a data collection tool within Therap that allows QSPs to directly document within the Therap mobile app.

  This training session walks providers through using the attendance feature that is a requirement effective March 1, 2024.

  2. Record EVV Data – Record EVV data at the time of service using your mobile device
  3. Review/Edit – Review your data and correct any inaccuracies prior to billing.
  4. Bill – Submit billing data to the state and get paid for the services provided.
